My mission is to provide the best customer experience, educate my clients on the current real estate process, provide investment guidance, always put my client's needs first, and communicate every step of the way, while building strong relationships.
AFFILIATIONS
Rothin Manandhar enjoys helping, communicating, and educating others. He has always been passionate about real estate since a young man. His joy comes from bringing smiles into people faces after helping them buy or sell their homes.
Rothin completed his Associate Degree from Contra Costa College. He desired to be software engineer back then. Right after, at the age of 23, he started selling luxury premium home appliances which he continued to do for 7 years as one of the top 5 salesmen in the company. Working as a sales consultant made him realize how much he loved helping people accomplish their goals and fulfill their needs. He made the decision to pursue his dream career in real estate on March 1st, 2020.
The real estate industry is always evolving. Every transaction and every client is different and as an agent, you learn something new. Rothin loves to educate clients about real estate process. Helping clients throughout the process gives him immense satisfaction. His focus on education leads to happy buyers, happy sellers, and happy investors at the end of the transaction.

When recharging, Rothin spends time with his family and friends. He continuously seeks ways to educate himself so that he can educate others. His love of travel and goal of traveling the world one day with his family is his personal motivation to succeed. Rothin enjoys listening to audio books, watching movies, playing chess with his dad, cooking and family barbeques whenever he has an opportunity to participate.
